CLEAN HABITAT SERVICES, offers an extensive line of interior cleaning services. Below, you will find a general list of the specifications we use for rough clean. Respectively, every project is different and we accommodate the needs of our client accordingly.
- Prior to blinds, appliances and carpet.
- Clean all windows sills and tracks.
- Clean windows. (inside and out)
- Clean door glass. (inside and out)
- Clean water closets, seats and lids.
- Clean all thresholds.
- Broom clean all floor areas.
- Clean all showers, and tubs of trash and debris.
- Clean and remove stickers from drains.
- Remove minor over spray of paint, sheet rock mud, mortar from all finish surfaces.
- Wipe down and clean all interior stairs.
FINAL CLEAN:
The final clean prepares for the initial inspection by owners, owner acceptance and move - in.
- After carpet.
- Minor touch up of glass.
- All incomplete items not performed in rough clean
- Clean water closets, seats, and lids.
- Clean fiberglass tubs with NON - ABRASIVE materials and tools.
- Clean ceramic floor tile and ceramic tile tub surrounds, if any with NON - ABRASIVE materials and tools.
- Clean fireplaces and ceramic tile surrounds with NON - ABRASIVE materials and tools.
- Clean all sinks, lavatories, showers, and tubs of trash and debris.
- Clean all drains.
- Clean and remove stickers and tapes from: Ranges, refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves, washers, dryers and range hoods.
- Remove all appliances guarantees and instructions and place in kitchen cabinet drawer.
- Clean and wipe down all appliances.
- Clean switch and plug cover plates.
- Clean kitchen counter tops: removing dirt, minor over spray of paint, sheet rock caulk, putty, pencil marks, etc.
- Clean vanity tops.
- Clean all cabinets inside and out, including drawers and cabinets fronts.
- Remove all dust and / or mud on doors, base, and other finished surfaces.
- Remove tape from all thresholds, hinges and door hardware.
- Clean and polish all mirrors.
- Clean and wipe down all bath accesories.
- Remove dust from all light fixtures, air conditioning grilles and registers.
- Clean, mop all hardwood and vinyl floor surfaces according to manufacture´s recommendations
- Clean and wipe down all ceramic tile surfaces.
- Vacuum all carpet areas.
- Clean and vacuum all closets.
- Sweep out all garages.
- Install window screens.
TOUCH - UP CLEAN:
Prepare the units for owner acceptance and occupant move - in
- All incomplete items not performed as listed for rough and final clean. Light dusting of all items listed above.
